Product Description

Pinch valves model 206M are designed for the regulation and shut-off of highly abrasive media—such as slurries, powders, or coarse-grained substances, including corrosive media.

One of the main advantages of the valve is its dismountable, two-piece body and the dual-sided hose sleeve clamping mechanism. The open body design significantly facilitates valve maintenance and servicing.

Design features of the model:

  • Dismountable body
  • Open body
  • Straps for hose sleeve stretching
  • Dual-sided sleeve clamping
  • Quick and easy hose sleeve replacement
  • Open body

Recommended for use in plants:

  • Chemical industry (processing of corrosive and abrasive materials, transportation of powders, solid particles, disposal of process waste)
  • Mining and raw material processing (metal ore slurries, mineral suspensions, quartz sands, flotation and dewatering residues, abrasive and corrosive materials in processing operations)
  • Wastewater treatment systems (sediment and sand, raw sewage handling, lime and carbon sludge suspension transfer)
  • Pulp and paper industry and others where media contains solids or has abrasive properties

Working media:

  • Highly abrasive environments
  • Chemically aggressive environments
  • Alkalis
  • Acids
  • Water containing abrasive particles
  • Salt solutions
  • Coal
  • Sand
  • Polar solvents
  • Silicone oils
  • Environments containing fuel oil, crude oil, gasoline

Body material options:

🔹 Ductile iron

  • EN-GJS-400-15 / GGG40

🔹 Carbon steel

  • A216 WCB (1.0619, GP240GH)

🔹 Stainless steel (corrosion-resistant)

  • A351 CF8 (1.4308) / AISI 304 / A182 F304 (1.4301)
  • A351 CF8M (1.4408) / AISI 316 / A182 F316 (1.4401

🔹 Aluminum
